In a world where genuine customer service seems to be fading, Crabtree Autobody and Paint is a shining beacon of how things should be done. I recently had the pleasure of working with Britni and Josh, who provided nothing short of spectacular service. I was dealing with a persistent sensor issue on my BMW, which the “other guy” was going to charge me nearly $400 but also couldn’t offer a same-day service. This problem was especially troubling as the constant beeping was overwhelming for me, a person with high anxiety. Josh quickly addressed and fixed the sensor issue, silencing the stressful noise and restoring peace to my day. (He literally fixed my sensor in minutes when the other shop wanted to charge me and the equivalent of my car payment.) Both he and Britni were incredibly understanding and supportive throughout the process, making me feel truly cared for during a moment of need. It’s rare to find a shop that doesn’t just aim to turn a profit, but genuinely wants to earn your business and trust through honest, efficient, and kind-hearted service. Crabtree Autobody and Paint did just that, and I am immensely grateful. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
